Call to Action

Banned light bulbs.

Bans on firearms for PTSS veterans.

Excessive controls on manufacturing.

Bans on anything and everything.

It is time for true Americans (US citizens) to wake up, get up, and get rid of the corrupt government that is destroying the United States of America.

9-11 resulted BECAUSE our government refuses to follow the law (the Constitution) and stay out of the business of other countries. Our government has been screwing the people for more than a century. Lincoln declared an unconstitutional war and attacked the South. FDR stole the people's gold. We have been in a downward spiral for so long it may not be possible to recover.

The governmennt spies on us. I'm sure they are reading this and preparing their assault. Regulations keep the poor poor and steal the money from the working middle class. Regulation makes everything cost more without rally benefitting the people. The government has violated every provision of the Contitution in so many ways it is impossible to count. The supreme Court lies, steals, and cheats the People with every decision. And the People just take it because the People were educated in public schools that lie to the People in order to maintain control.

It is time to get up off your ass and do something. Learn the truth about who's in charge. Learn the truth about who has the final say. Nothing you think you know is correct. You have been so brainwashed that you can't even conceive of the actuak truth. The People are in charge. No one, including the courts, have the authority to do what the People do not want.

If we don't act soon and swiftly our posterity are doomed to enslavement. How do we regain control? First learn the real limits on government. Second learn the limits on government action. Third join me in supporting a new group of amendments that eliminate taxes, eliminate eminent domain, and repeal many of the questionable amendments of the Constitution.

No separation of church and state for the executive and Judicial branches

Driving home for lunch today a thought came to me. In 1833, the US supreme Court decided that the Bill of Rights did not bind the states (Barron v Baltimore). In their words, the first amendments of the Constitution applied solely to the federal government and had no bearing on state action in those areas. Today's "Bill of Rights" decisions are based not on the actual Bill of Rights but on invented ideas of the various courts. BTW, I am not in agreement with the Court on this but that is another discussion.

So, following in the steps of the Marshall Court of 1833, we can evaluate the Bill of Rights and its application within the federal government. A review of the Bill of Rights provides the following insight. All of the amendments target the entire federal government except the First Amendment. The First Amendment restricts ONLY Congress from making any law on religion, speech, the press, petitioning the government, etc. So IF the supreme Court was correct in its claim that the Bill of Rights pertains solely to the federal government then it must be conceded that the First Amendment pertains solely to Congress. Thus the President and the Courts are not restricted within direct meaning of the First Amendment.

So, my thought was that since the President and the judiciary are not touched by the First Amendment then the President and the judiciary are not not bound to respect the so-called "separation of church and state". The President is free to issue executive orders concerning religion, the press, free speech, etc. The judiciary can restrict these same items since no limitations were placed on the Courts by the Constitution.

While this is fantasy, the concept is clear and correct in light of the judicial decision handed down in 1833. Separation of church and state only applies to Congress and not to the other branches of the federal government.

I refuse to buy Chinese goods. Here's why.

Support slavery, by Chinese!

Support murder, by Chinese!

Support communism, by Chinese!

Support China, kill a Christian!

If you buy Chinese made goods, you support the activities of a government that enslaves its people, murders its own people, and is at the heart of the communist movement in the world.

Research reports on China’s industries estimate that as much as 80% of the work force is working as slaves.

Christians in China are persecuted, sent to reeducation camps, and sometimes murdered. When you buy Chinese made goods, you support those activities.

Do you really think in today’s world with the freely available information that the lead in the toys was an accident?

Can you trust that the other items you purchase that are made in China do not contain other harmful substances?

So you whimp out and buy Chinese goods. Got no balls do ya! Stand up and demand that the US halt all Chinese imports. Force the companies to return to the US and make things here. The US will fail because we are unable to produce things for ourselves. Where will we turn for our food, when the rest of the world decides they don't like our government's policies and tells us to fuck off.

Order to the governments of the United States and the several States from We the People as the sovereign holders of power

We the People of the United States of America do hereby order that the Courts of the United States and the several States cease and desist granting cert in all cases involving the phrases “one nation under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance and “In God we trust” on all monies and securities. We the People hereby make this order as the highest authority on Earth, being the Creator of the Constitution, which in turn created the Courts of the Union. We exercise this lawful authority of the People holding the final determining voice as stated in Sir William Blackstone’s Commentaries on the Law of England, upon which our legal system was founded, to wit:

For, whenever a question arises between the society at large and any magistrate vested with powers originally delegated by that society, it must be decided by the voice of the society itself: there is not upon earth any other tribunal to resort to.

We hereby declare that it is the will of the People that the phrases, “one nation under God” and “In God we trust”, remain part of our Pledge of Allegiance and our motto on our currency. Taking back our Rights to Property from a thieving government

Please copy and distribute the following. I hope to get a majority of voting citizens to join in and submit this to our current government to let them know WE are in charge, not them. They are to do our bidding or WE will simply redo our government in a manner that WE see fit.


Amendment of the Constitution for the United States

We the People of the several States, as citizens of our State, do hereby invoke our legitimate authority and revoke and override the decision of the supreme Court of the United States of America known as Kelo versus City of New London (545 U.S. 469 (2005)), based on the fact that the decision of the supreme Court was in error concerning the definition of “public use”. This determination applies to all prior cases in which “economic development”, “blight”, etc were used to justify the theft of property which resulted in non-public use.

We the People of the several States determine that of the rights of a property holder include the right to own and use property solely as the property holder sees fit, and no action by any government is legitimate that keeps such property holder from utilizing property, be it real or personal, as the owner sees fit, subject only to minimal restrictions as necessary to maintain the public health. The determinations and restrictions herein stated apply to the government of the United States of America and to all levels of the governments of the individual States that are members of the Union known as the United States of America.

We the People of the several States hereby define “public use” strictly and unequivocally as “use by the public.” We hereby negate all claims that “public use” includes “public benefit”, such as “economic development”, or an action not an exact equivalent of “use by the public” or “public use” and not resulting in solely “use of by the public”. No property, personal or real, shall be taken from one private party and transferred to another private party in any jurisdiction within any of the several States by any government or government agency. All property taken under the guise of “economic development” is hereby returned to the property owner from which said property was taken through eminent domain.

In addition, all taking of property, be it personal or real, is restricted to a fully justified, evaluated, and certified need which no other method can fulfill. Value for taken property will be determined by a board, the members of which do not reside within the State wherein the property is held and the members of which have demonstrated no connection to the parties of the action.

We exercise this authority as stated both in William Blackstone’s Commentaries on the Laws of England to wit:

“For, whenever a question arises between the society at large and any magistrate vested with powers originally delegated by that society, it must be decided by the voice of the society itself: there is not upon earth any other tribunal to resort to. and the Declaration of Independence which states:

“…That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness…”
