No federal authority to fund infrastructure

There is no grant of power beyond that to establish, not maintain, post roads and because the Framers absolutely knew that they HAD to grant all powers explicitly, the lack of grants proves that other nonenumerated powers are not delegated to the federal government. All expenditures are absolutely required to be Union-wide with no local benefits. If the feds stuck to their constitutionally authorized powers, they wouldn't be taxing us to death because they wouldn't need the funds because they weren't spending monies unconstitutionally.
