No penumbras, No emanations, No implications

Before you read on, recognize you DKS about the Constitution. While liars on the bench have made claims about federal powers. Those liars have nothing but thin air to back their claims. In our system of government, all powers must be delegated and that delegation must be written down. There are no penumbras or emanations or implications from delegated powers to undelegated powers by simple association or extension. The Judges LIE. The Judges pull crap out their arses and call it law. If you can't find a grant of power written in the Constitution, without twisting, squeezing, or bending the written words, then that power is withheld and the federal government is not empowered by the People to exercise such power. What powers have they stolen? 99% of everything they do. In example, the federal government has no immigration authority and no naturalization authority outside of making "an uniform rule of naturalization". Everyone naturalized by the federal government is NOT a citizen.
