In common use
This phrase arises in Heller as a supposed protection of the Right to keep and bear Arms. That claim is however a lie. Both the NFA and the FOPA have made FA, SBR, and other weapons NOT in common use and the courts have not addressed this issue. The government violated the 2nd through regulation and taxation then uses a run around to by-pass those facts and not add FA, SBR and otehr weapons recognized as "in common use".
