NM Legislation requiring securing Arms

Any legislation that sets requirements for Arms storage infringes on the Right to keep Arms. The government has no legitimate, legal, constitutional authority to require the people to store Arms in any manner. The problem with third parties accessing Arms is aproblem of parenting and the parents should be held responsible for not teaching their little bastards and bitches to obey the law and not touch other people's stuff. I shouldn't have to do anything to keep YOU out of my shit. Parents are required by God to teach their offspring to pbey God's laws and NOT getting into someone else's shit is one of those laws. Punish the parents.

Bullshit about Bill of Rights applying only to feds and incorporation under the 14th

People are blind. If the Bill of Rights applies only to the federal government then the Framers of the BoR must have been stupid since they specifically made the 1st Amendment applicable only to the feds. The only logical understanding of the Bill of Rights come through the supremacy clause and the 1st amendmnet proves that understanding. The Bill of Rights, except for the 1st, always bound the feds AND the States. As to the incorporation bullshit, the courts and some ignorant, wishful people believe that various terms in the 14th cause the Bill of Rights to apply to the states. Funny thing is that the most often use clause is due process but the 5th already has due process covers but that must be a different due process. My point is that the folks who wrote the 14th knoew of Barron (1833) the case that said the Bill of Rights did not bind the states. If we accept that knowledge, then one must ask why didn't the writers of the 14th simply swtate that the Bill of Rights binds all government federal, state, and local. Instead the liars would have you believe that the folks who pushed he 14th hid their intentions in the words and that only those with special powers can dig the binding power out of the amendment. Total and unadulterated bull hockey.
